Trio d’Argento joins us on stage on December 11, 2014. The trio consists of Anna Ronai (piano), Sibylle Marquardt (flute), and Peter Stoll (clarinet). Established soloist and orchestra artists individually, together they also perform concerts across Ontario as Trio d’Argento.
Austrian pianist, Anna came to Canada in 2009 and is a vocal coach and accompanist with Wilfrid Laurier University. She performs at orchestral concerts and recitals across Ontario. Graduating from the Music University of the Arts Vienna, she has a Masters in Piano Performance and a Masters in Collaborative Piano.
Hailing from Germany originally, Sibylle toured with the Radio Symphony Orchestra Munich. She moved to Canada in 1997 and joined the faculty of the Royal Conservatory of Music in 1998, where she teaches flute.
Peter is also affiliated with the Royal Conservatory of Music as a member of the National College of Examiners. He teaches The Business of Music along with clarinet, chamber music and woodwind performance with the Faculty of Music at U of T. He also participates as an adjudicator with various music festivals in Canada.
